Duties:
Sourcing and Talent Mapping: Create a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates by utilizing a variety of platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, GitHub, Stack Overflow).
Job Posting & Branding: Create eye-catching job descriptions and ads; oversee the company's social media and career page presence to draw in a varied pool of candidates.
Screening and Shortlisting: To assess candidates' communication abilities, technical proficiency, and wage expectations, conduct preliminary phone or video screenings.
Interview Coordination: Oversee the "Recruitment Lifecycle" by arranging technical and cultural rounds between hiring managers and candidates.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with department heads to comprehend team dynamics, talent gaps, and particular hiring requirements.
Offer negotiating:

Prepare offer letters and make sure there is a high "Offer-to-Join" ratio while serving as the mediator throughout the pay negotiating stage.
