Key Duties
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Oversee the entire hiring process, from comprehending labor requests to issuing the final offer letter.
Strategic Sourcing: Create a strong pipeline of both active

and passive talent by utilizing a variety of platforms, such as social media, job boards, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Boolean Searching: To go through enormous databases and locate specialized technical or leadership profiles, create intricate search strings.
Candidate Screening: Before presenting candidates to recruiting managers, do preliminary phone and video interviews to evaluate their communication abilities, technical proficiency, and "cultural fitment."
Interview Coordination: Arrange and oversee applicant and technical panel interviews to guarantee a seamless and expert experience for both sides.
