Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Strategic Sourcing: Use LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards (Naukri, Indeed), social media, and employee recommendations to proactively find possible candidates.
Job Analysis: Collaborate with recruiting managers to specify technical specifications and create persuasive Job Descriptions (JDs) that appeal to the appropriate personas.
Screening and Assessment: To assess applicant fit, technical proficiency, and cultural alignment, conduct preliminary phone screenings and behavioral interviews.
Interview Coordination: Oversee the schedule of interviews between internal panels and candidates; make sure that all parties are ready and that feedback is gathered on time.
Management of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS): Keep well-organized records of all communications with candidates, resumes, and status changes in the ATS.
Offer Management: Serve as the main point of contact
until the candidate's start date, handle salary negotiations, confirm references, and send formal offer letters.
Talent branding: To create a powerful employer brand, represent the business in networking events, career fairs, and campus drives.
Recruitment Analytics: Monitor and report on important hiring parameters like Sourcing Channel Effectiveness, Time-to-Hire, and Cost-per-Hire.
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
Education: Any Basic Degree and MBA
