Responsibilities:
Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with department heads to comprehend their hiring requirements, specify job requirements, and draft effective job descriptions.
Sourcing & Talent Mapping: Use LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals (Naukri, Indeed), and specialized industry networks to proactively find and attract applicants.
Screening and Shortlisting: To evaluate candidates' technical proficiency, cultural fit, and compensation expectations, conduct preliminary phone and video interviews.
Interview Coordination: Arrange and oversee the logistics of multi-phase interviews between
hiring managers and candidates to guarantee a smooth experience for all.
Applicant tracking: To monitor candidate progress and offer real-time hiring data, keep your ATS (Applicant Tracking System) up to date and clean.
Offer Negotiation: Oversee the closing procedure, which includes formal offer letter issuing, reference checks, and pay discussions.
Required Skills:
Sourcing Mastery: Knowledge of sophisticated social media recruiting strategies and "Boolean Search" strings.
Effective Communication: Strong negotiating and persuasive abilities to "sell" the business and position to elite personnel.
Time management: The capacity to oversee several open positions concurrently while meeting deadlines.
