Job Description
Responsibilities:
Work together with recruiting managers to comprehend their ideal applicant profiles, job criteria, and departmental needs.
To evaluate a candidate's skills, experience, cultural fit, and compensation expectations, do preliminary phone screenings and interviews.
Give hiring managers unbiased evaluations and suggestions about the suitability of candidates.
Create and extend job offers, negotiate compensation packages, and manage all required background checks and paperwork prior to employment.
Make sure that all hiring
procedures adhere to internal corporate standards, Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) requirements, and local labor regulations.
Soft Skills:
Exceptional verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly persuasive, diplomatic, and effective negotiation skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to handle multiple open requisitions concurrently.
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
