Sourcing & Talent Mapping: Find and interact with passive and active applicants across a variety of platforms, including social media, job sites, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Requirement Analysis: Work with recruiting managers to develop effective job descriptions by comprehending the technical and cultural requirements of available roles.
Screening & Shortlisting: Before presenting applicants to the technical team, do preliminary phone or video screenings to evaluate their qualifications, background, and cultural fit.
Interview Coordination: Arrange and lead interviews between hiring managers and candidates to
guarantee a smooth and competent procedure for both sides.
Offer Negotiation: To effectively close the "selected" applicants, mediate wage talks by outlining benefits and compensation packages.
Database management: Keep candidate notes, status updates, and pipeline data up to date in the Applicant Tracking System.
