Duties:
Work together with hiring managers from different departments to comprehend open positions' specific personnel needs, necessary skills, and cultural fit.
Examine resumes and applications, and hold preliminary phone interviews and screenings to determine a candidate's motivation, qualifications, and expected remuneration.
Oversee
the scheduling, coordination, and follow-up correspondence between hiring managers and candidates during interviews.
Collect, compile, and give recruiting managers structured interview comments to help with the selection process.
Maintain candidate expectations until acceptance, extend employment offers, and discuss remuneration packages.
Keep abreast of competition hiring tactics, labor market conditions, and recruitment trends.
