successful behavioural interviews, using a variety of sourcing channels (LinkedIn, job sites, internal referrals), and keeping the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) workflow organised will be essential. In order to comprehend departmental demands, monitor recruitment KPIs (such as Time-to-Hire and Quality of Hire), and actively contribute to the expansion and success of the entire company, you will work closely with hiring managers.
