Job Description
Your Contribution:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their departmental needs, job requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.
Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, culture fit, and salary expectations.
Manage the entire interview process, scheduling interviews, coordinating logistics, and ensuring timely feedback loops between candidates and hiring teams.
Prepare and extend job offers, negotiate
salary packages, and handle all necessary pre-employment background checks and documentation
Ensure all hiring practices comply with local labor laws, Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) guidelines, and internal company policies.
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
Salary: Based on Company Norms
Education: Any Basic Degree and MBA
Location: In And Around Chennai
