Your Duties:
Collaborate with recruiting managers to understand their departmental requirements, job requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.
Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess a candidate's qualifications, experience, cultural fit, and expected salary.
Provide hiring
managers with objective assessments and recommendations regarding the eligibility of applicants.
Make and extend job offers, negotiate pay packages, and oversee all necessary background checks and documentation before hiring someone.
