This position primarily focuses on the "Front-End" of the HR lifecycle, necessitating a proactive person who can manage the interview pipeline, conduct thorough screenings, and source candidates through a variety of channels. Persuasive communicators who can create strong talent pools, comprehend market trends, and guarantee a great candidate experience from the initial point of contact to the final offer are the best candidates.
Key Duties:
Sourcing Strategy: Use social media (LinkedIn), job portals (Naukri, Monster), and employee recommendations to find possible candidates and create a strong "Candidate Pipeline."
Screening and Shortlisting: Based on particular Job Descriptions (JDs),
conduct preliminary telephone interviews to evaluate candidates' technical proficiency, communication skills, and cultural fit.
Interview Management: Arrange and plan rounds of interviews between hiring managers and candidates to guarantee a seamless and expert procedure.
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Oversee the entire hiring process, from "Sourcing" to "Offer Negotiation," and keep track of the candidate until they join the company.
Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with department heads to comprehend their unique hiring requirements and offer frequent updates on the "Hiring Tracker."
Database Management: To guarantee that all candidate information and comments are documented for future use, keep an orderly Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
