Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the hiring process from start to finish for a variety of positions in various company departments.
Work together with recruiting managers to comprehend their unique job criteria and hiring demands.
Taking into account the local talent pool, create and maintain a solid pipeline of competent applicants for both present and future hiring requirements.
Give hiring managers advice
and assistance on local market-specific interviewing strategies and best practices for recruitment.
Ensure that the applicant tracking system or HRIS has current and accurate recruitment data.
Engage in employer branding campaigns to draw in top people and improve the business's standing as a top employer in Chennai.
What you Need:
Excellent sourcing skills with experience utilizing various online and offline channels effective in the Chennai job market.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS.
Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills, considering cultural nuances in the local talent pool.
Educational Qualification: Any Basic Degree and MBA
