Job Description
Who You Are:
The whole recruitment process for junior to mid-level positions will be managed by you, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and making sure new recruits have a smooth, enjoyable onboarding experience.
As the initial point of contact for employee questions, you will handle routine workplace concerns and actively create and carry out programs that raise staff morale and engagement.
HR Administration & Compliance: You will oversee and keep up-to-date personnel records (HRIS), process payroll input,
leave, and attendance documents, and make sure that all company and labour rules are followed.
Support for Performance Management: You will help to organise the cycle of performance reviews, monitor the accomplishment of goals, and help managers record performance discussions.
Experience: 3 to 7 yrs
Salary: Based on Company Norms
Education: Any Basic Degree and MBA
