Job Description
What you do:
Recruitment Coordination: Oversee the first steps of the hiring process, such as advertising job openings, reviewing resumes, setting up interviews, and liaising with hiring managers.
Engagement Activities: Help organise and carry out internal events, wellness initiatives, and employee engagement activities.
Grievance Handling: Help the HR Manager fairly and discreetly record and handle employee complaints and disciplinary issues.
Payroll Input:
Prepare and confirm the inputs such as attendance records, leave information, and overtime hours for the monthly payroll processing.
HR Reporting: Create and evaluate regular HR reports on important metrics like recruiting status, absenteeism, and turnover.
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
Education: Any Basic Degree and MBA
Salary: From 15K for Freshers and Negotiable for Experienced
