HR Executive Set up Wanted for Young Graduates
Job Description
Responsibilities
Support the full spectrum of HR functions for our Chennai-based employees, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
Manage the recruitment and onboarding process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews (in English and potentially Tamil), coordinating logistics, and ensuring a smooth joining experience for new hires in Chennai.
Administer employee benefits programs relevant to our Chennai workforce, addressing employee queries and ensuring proper enrollment and documentation.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in our HRIS system, ensuring data integrity and compliance with local regulations.
Assist in the development and implementation
of HR policies and procedures tailored to the Chennai work environment and in line with company-wide guidelines.
Skills
Good understanding of HR principles, practices, and local labor laws in Tamil Nadu and India.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Fluency in Tamil is highly preferred and often essential for effective communication with local employees in Chennai.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
