Job Description
Responsibilities:
Recruitment Coordination: Oversee the logistics of the hiring process, including advertising job openings, setting up interviews, corresponding with applicants, and keeping the Applicant Tracking System up to date.
Onboarding: Hold orientation and induction workshops for new personnel to make sure they are fully assimilated into the company and are aware of its policies and benefits.
Answering questions: Act as the initial point of contact for staff members with questions on basic HR issues, policies, benefits, and leave.
Compliance: Help make sure the business complies with all applicable labor laws, employment regulations, and internal
HR guidelines.
Needs Assessment: Based on employee input or performance gaps, help determine training needs.
Payroll Support: Give the payroll department the information they need to execute payroll accurately and on schedule.
Benefits Administration: Help manage benefit plans for employees.
Soft Skills:
outstanding interpersonal and verbal communication abilities.
high degree of discretion, integrity, and capacity to manage sensitive data.

Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
