Job Description:
Supporting the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department is the responsibility of the HR Executive, a multifaceted professional. From helping with hiring and onboarding to maintaining employee records and organizing engagement events, you will be essential to the whole employee lifecycle. Your objective is to guarantee the efficient operation of HR procedures while upholding a compliant and upbeat work atmosphere. A compassionate communicator with excellent organizational abilities who can strike a balance between administrative duties and the "human" aspect of the position is the perfect applicant.

Key Duties
Recruitment Support: Finding applicants using social media, job boards, and recommendations. handling the application tracking system (ATS) and organizing interviews.
Onboarding and offboarding include managing the exit interview process for departing

employees, gathering required paperwork, and conducting orientation sessions for new hires.
Employee Records Management: Ensuring data correctness in the HRIS (Human Resource Information System) by maintaining and updating both digital and physical personnel files.
Employee Engagement: Organizing and carrying out team-building exercises, festivities, and office events to promote a positive workplace culture
HR Generalist responsibilities include answering questions from employees on benefits, leave administration, and business policies.
Documentation: Writing formal correspondence, such as warning notifications, experience certificates, offer letters, and appointment letters.
Compliance: Helping the HR Manager make sure the business complies with internal audit standards and local labor regulations.
