We're heading towards highly customised employee experiences and predictive HR data.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment coordination, employee onboarding and orientation, benefits administration, payroll processing support, performance management
tracking, and proper HR records and documentation are just a few of the fundamental HR tasks you will autonomously oversee. As the only person responsible for maintaining internal uniformity and compliance with labour laws, you will have a direct impact on staff morale, retention rates, and operational effectiveness. Our company's culture and legal compliance will be directly and palpably impacted by your empathy, discretion (managing private information), and careful attention to HR policy and labour legislation.
Experience: 4+ yrs
