Responsibilities:
Recruiting and Talent Acquisition: Oversee the entire hiring process, which includes posting jobs, reviewing applications, setting up initial interviews, and communicating with department leaders.
Onboarding & Offboarding: Create and carry out new hire orientation programs and oversee the entire departure procedure, which includes clearance and exit interviews.
Employee Relations: Serve as the initial point of contact for questions and complaints from staff members, assisting in the settlement of issues in accordance with business policy and the law.
Administration of Payroll and Benefits: Create monthly payroll entries

and oversee employee benefits including health insurance and provident fund (PF) enrollments.
Performance management includes tracking employee performance all year long, assisting managers in setting KPIs, and participating in the annual appraisal process.
HR Documentation: Make sure all digital and physical files are compliant and keep accurate and current employee records in the HRIS.

Required Skills:
Interpersonal Skills: Outstanding capacity for rapport-building and diplomatic handling of delicate situations.
Organizational Skills: The ability to handle several duties without sacrificing detail, such as event planning or paperwork.
Legal Knowledge: A fundamental comprehension of local labor laws and regulations pertaining to workplace compliance.
Software Proficiency: Practical knowledge of HRIS applications and sophisticated MS Excel for reporting.
