Your Duties:
Recruiting and Talent Acquisition: Oversee the whole hiring process, including finding applicants, doing preliminary screenings, and working with department heads to schedule technical rounds.
Onboarding & Induction: Create and oversee new hire orientation programs to guarantee a seamless transition into the business culture.
Administration of Payroll and Benefits: Create monthly payroll entries and oversee employee benefits such as provident funds and health insurance.
Employee Relations: Serve as the initial point of contact for complaints from staff members and promote a productive workplace by skillfully resolving conflicts.
Performance management: Support managers
in setting KPIs, monitoring the advancement of employee performance, and participating in the yearly appraisal cycle.
Compliance & Labor Laws: Make that the company complies with regional labor laws and keeps its statutory registers current.
Training & Development: To foster professional development, pinpoint skill shortages and organize internal or external training sessions.
