Your Duties:
Oversee the hiring process's administrative tasks, such as posting job positions, scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and maintaining the Applicant Tracking System.
To ensure that new hires are completely integrated into the organization and are aware of its policies and benefits, hold orientation and induction sessions.
Serve as the first point of contact
for employees who have inquiries about fundamental HR matters, policies, leave, and benefits.
Assist in ensuring that the company abides by all relevant employment laws, labor legislation, and internal HR policies.
Assist in identifying training needs based on employee feedback or performance gaps.
Provide the payroll department with the data they require to process payroll correctly and on time.
assist in overseeing employee benefit arrangements.
