Job Description
Your Contribution:
Sourcing: Post job vacancies on social media and websites, then review resumes to identify the most qualified candidates.
Interview Coordination: Arrange interviews between hiring managers and candidates; carry out preliminary HR screening.
Documentation: Gather and keep both physical and digital personnel files.
Offboarding: Manage the complete and final settlement process for departing employees and conduct departure interviews.
Statutory Compliance: Help with professional tax, ESI, PF, and other labor law obligations.
Grievance Redressal:
Serve as the initial point of contact for employees with questions about pay, policies, or problems at work.
Performance Management: Monitor KPIs and participate in the yearly performance review process.
Policy Implementation: Assist in creating and updating the Employee Handbook and make sure that all employees follow the company's code of conduct.
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
Salary: Based on Company Norms
Education: Any Basic Degree and MBA
Location: In And Around Chennai
