Job Description
Experience: 3+ yrs
Salary: Based on Previous Experience
Education: Any Basic Degree and MBA
What You will do:
Manage the Employee Lifecycle: You will oversee and administer core HR functions, including recruitment support, onboarding, performance management administration, employee relations, and exit procedures.
Ensure Compliance: You will maintain accurate and confidential employee records (both physical and digital), ensuring all HR practices and documentation adhere to relevant labor laws and company policies.
Drive Employee Engagement:
		
 
			You will coordinate and support employee engagement initiatives, internal communications, training programs, and employee welfare activities to boost morale and retention.
Administer Benefits and Payroll: You will assist with the administration of compensation, benefits plans, and support the payroll process by ensuring accurate data input and adherence to cutoff dates.
Support Talent Acquisition: You will collaborate with managers and recruiters to coordinate interviews, manage candidate communication, and ensure a seamless hiring and induction process.
