HR Executive A Versatile HR Position
Job Description
Experience: 3 to 7 yrs
Salary: Based on Previous Experience
Education: Any Basic Degree and MBA
What You will do:
Recruitment Support: Assist in the full recruitment life cycle, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating pre-employment checks.
Onboarding & Offboarding: Facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new hires, including documentation, orientation, and system setup. Manage offboarding
procedures for departing employees.
Employee Relations: Serve as a primary point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and general employment matters.
HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records, manage HR databases, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
Payroll & Benefits Assistance: Support payroll processing by providing necessary data and assist in administering employee benefits programs.
