Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to develop thorough job descriptions and comprehend recruitment requirements.
Support the administration of employee surveys and the analysis of responses to pinpoint areas where staff retention and satisfaction
need to be increased.
For management review, create a variety of HR-related reports and analytics.
Keep track of training documentation and assess the success of training programs.
As needed, assist with audits and keep the essential statutory records.
Freshers from 24 and 25 Batch are welcomed. Immediate Joiners are mostly Preferred.
