By managing hiring, onboarding, payroll processing, and employee engagement, your main goal is to close the communication gap between management and staff. As a compliance gatekeeper and culture champion, you make sure that the company continues to be a productive and law-abiding workplace. The ideal applicant is a compassionate communicator with excellent organizational abilities and a thorough comprehension of HR best practices and labor legislation.
Responsibilities:
Finding, vetting, and interviewing applicants to fill available roles is known as recruitment and talent acquisition. To comprehend hiring requirements and oversee the entire employment process, collaborate with department heads.
Onboarding and Offboarding: Create and carry out a smooth onboarding process for new hires; conduct exit interviews and oversee the complete clearance procedure for departing staff members.
Employee Records Management:
Ensure data accuracy and privacy by maintaining and updating both the physical employee files and the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
Benefits & Payroll Administration: Monitor attendance, leaves, and reimbursements to help with the monthly payroll process. Oversee employee benefit plans, such as provident funds and health insurance.
Performance Management: Assist managers in establishing KPIs and recording performance reviews; oversee the annual and semi-annual cycles of performance evaluations.
Skills:
Interpersonal Excellence: The capacity to establish relationships with a wide range of personalities and maintain the utmost discretion when handling sensitive material.
Communication: Excellent written and vocal abilities for creating internal announcements, offer letters, and policies.
Regulatory Knowledge: A thorough comprehension of regional labor laws and employment rules.
HR Tech Savviness: Knowledge of MS Office and HRIS applications, particularly Excel for data reporting.
