Who you are:
Using a variety of platforms, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards (Naukri, Indeed), social media, and professional networks, proactively find possible individuals for sourcing and talent mapping. Working along with department heads, do a requirement analysis to comprehend team culture, technical requirements, and the "ideal candidate profile" for open requisitions. The screening and shortlisting process include conducting preliminary video and phone interviews to evaluate candidates' communication abilities, cultural fit, and technical fit. Coordinate the interview process from start to finish, making sure that candidates and the internal recruiting panel communicate easily. Communicate pipeline health,
market trends, and possible hiring process obstacles to hiring managers on a frequent basis. Manage delicate salary negotiations, confirm prior employment records, and draft official offer letters in accordance with corporate standards.
