What You will do:
Source and Attract: You will develop and execute innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier candidates across various roles, utilizing platforms, networking, and direct sourcing techniques.
Manage the Pipeline: You will own the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and managing the offer process.
Be the Brand Ambassador:
You will be the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a positive, professional, and engaging experience that reinforces our employer brand.
Drive Efficiency: You will meticulously maintain and update our Applicant Tracking System, generating reports to track key recruiting metrics and optimize the recruitment funnel.
Collaborate Strategically: You will work closely with department heads and HR colleagues to forecast hiring needs, define job requirements, and ensure alignment between talent strategy and business goals.
