Location: In And Around Chennai
Your Duties:
Payroll Processing: Complete the monthly payroll cycle, which includes figuring up each employee's gross pay, net pay, and different allowances.
Statutory Compliance: Make sure that Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESI), Professional Tax, and TDS deductions and filings are made on time and accurately.
Attendance & Leave Management: To determine "Loss of Pay" (LOP) and overtime compensation, reconcile biometric attendance records with leave requests.
Variable Pay & Bonuses: Work with department managers to determine and handle commission structures, yearly bonuses, and performance-linked incentives.
/>Employee Question Answering: Serve as the main contact for staff members with questions about pay stubs, tax estimates, and reimbursement requests.
Full & Final (F&F) Settlement: Oversee the exit payroll procedure, which includes figuring out gratuities, notice period buyouts, and leave encashment for departing workers.
