What you do:
Needs Assessment: Work with hiring managers to comprehend their ideal candidate profiles, job criteria, and departmental needs.
Interview Coordination: Oversee the interview process by setting up interviews, organising logistics, and making sure recruiting teams and candidates receive timely feedback.
Employer Branding: Promote the employer brand and employee value proposition (EVP) in all of your interactions as
an ambassador for the business.
Database Upkeep: To build a readily available pool of competent applicants for upcoming positions, update and maintain the talent database and the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) on a regular basis.
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
Education: Any Basic Degree and MBA
Salary: From 15K for Freshers and Negotiable for Experienced
