Job Description
The HR Executive is in charge of the department's strategy and day-to-day administrative activities. In order to maintain a productive, cooperative, and happy work environment, you serve as the crucial liaison between the management of the company and its staff. From finding and onboarding people to handling payroll, performance reviews, and offboarding, you will oversee all aspect of the employee lifecycle. A people-oriented professional with strong emotional intelligence, a thorough knowledge of labor regulations, and the capacity to uphold strict confidentiality while promoting an open corporate culture is the ideal candidate.
Responsibilities
Finding, screening, and interviewing applicants to fill available vacancies is known as end-to-end recruitment. Work together with department heads to oversee the applicant tracking system (ATS) and comprehend hiring requirements.
Onboarding & Orientation: Create and carry out onboarding programs to help new hires fit in with the company's culture, making sure that necessary paperwork and tools are available on the first
day.
Employee Relations: Act as the initial point of contact for complaints from staff members, mediating disputes and making sure they are settled amicably and lawfully.
Administration of Payroll and Benefits: Help with the precise processing of monthly payroll, which includes figuring out bonuses, leaves, and statutory deductions such professional tax, PF, and ESI.
Implementation of Policies: Create and revise the company's policies and employee handbook while making sure the business complies with regional labor and safety requirements.
Skills:
Interpersonal Skills: Outstanding capacity to interact with people of different types and respond empathetically to delicate circumstances.
Regulatory Knowledge: A solid grasp of local labor laws and adherence to regulations.
Proficiency in software: familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) such as BambooHR, Zoho People, or Workday.
Organizational Skills: Proficient in handling sensitive documents and multitasking.
