Job Description:
The HR recruiter is a results-driven position that focuses on the organization's most valuable resource: its employees. Finding, luring, and employing elite talent is your main goal in order to satisfy the company's present and future commercial requirements. From the initial "cold call" until the last offer negotiation, you will serve as a brand ambassador, making sure that the candidate has a great experience. To create a strong talent pipeline, you will work with recruiting managers, use social media, and traverse a variety of sourcing channels. Persuasive communicators with a "hunter" mentality, strong networking abilities, and the capacity to assess both technical proficiency and cultural fit are the ideal applicant.
Key Duties:
Using employment portals, social media, and employee recommendations, proactively find possible candidates through sourcing and talent mapping.
Working with department
heads, conduct a requirement analysis to determine the precise technical abilities, degree of experience, and character attributes needed for available positions.
Screening & Shortlisting: Perform preliminary phone or video interviews to evaluate basic role alignment, compensation expectations, and communication abilities.
Coordinate the interview process from start to finish, making sure that candidates and the internal interview panel communicate easily.
In order to preserve the company's standing as a top employer, make sure all applicants receive regular updates and feedback.
Manage the negotiation process, including discussing pay, outlining perks, and starting the background check (BGV).
Data management: Keep the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) up to date and maintained to provide real-time visibility of the hiring process.
