Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team and help drive the organization’s hiring strategy. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across various departments. You will work closely with department heads to understand workforce needs, develop recruitment plans, and implement innovative sourcing strategies to ensure a strong talent pipeline. The ideal candidate should
have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of recruitment best practices, and the ability to manage the end-to-end hiring process while providing a positive candidate experience. You will also contribute to employer branding initiatives, participate in talent market research, and support workforce planning to meet organizational goals.
