Job Description
The HR Executive is in charge of managing human resources operations on a daily basis and making sure that the company's policies and procedures are carried out efficiently. Your mission is to support the whole employee lifecycle—from onboarding and payroll administration to performance management and employee engagement. As the main point of contact for employee inquiries, you function as a liaison between management and employees to promote a cooperative and happy work environment. The ideal applicant is a highly organized, sympathetic professional who is dedicated to upholding a high-performing workplace and has a firm understanding of labor rules.

Responsibilities
Employee Lifecycle Management: Ensure that all paperwork and system upgrades are appropriately performed while facilitating the smooth flow of employees from onboarding to offboarding.
Payroll & Benefits Administration: Help with monitoring attendance records, processing monthly payroll, and overseeing employee benefits like leave and health insurance.
Compliance & Labor

Laws: Make ensuring that all HR operations adhere to legislative standards and local labor laws.
Performance Management Support: Coordinate the annual and mid-year performance appraisal cycles, assisting managers and employees navigate the evaluation process.
Employee Engagement: To improve morale and retention, organize and carry out team-building exercises, town halls, and employee engagement programs.
HR Information System (HRIS): Ensure data integrity, create reports for management as needed, and maintain and update the employee database (HRIS).

Skills:
Operational Excellence: Excellent administrative task management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Interpersonal Skills: Outstanding communication and emotional intelligence to manage a variety of employee interactions.
Problem Solving: The capacity to discreetly handle difficult HR situations and settle disputes at work.
Technical Proficiency: Practical knowledge of MS Excel and HRIS tools.
