Job Positions and Duty
· Tracking of all employees' overtime on working days/week off/paid holidays.
· Maintenance of chronic absentees, reporting ratio and % of absentees on a daily basis.
· Editing, updating or amending the employee records and their corresponding paperwork
· Maintenance of Employee attendance and absenteeism records
· Supporting Employee salary and wage Payroll
Processing
· Maintains current and accurate human resource files, records, and documentation
· Conducts periodic file and record audits to confirm that all documents that are needed are gathered and filed correctly.
· Prepares and Maintains forms and registers with regard to Factories Act.
Job Location: Chennai
Experience: 0 to 2 years
Qualification: BBA, MBA
