Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the entire hiring process, including posting jobs, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and choosing applicants, for non-IT roles.
Create and put into action efficient hiring practices to draw in top talent.
Establish trusting bonds with recruiting managers, candidates, and outside partners to guarantee a
satisfying hiring process.
To filter candidates within the timeframe, conduct interviews utilising a variety of trustworthy recruiting and selection tools and techniques.
Examine candidates' experience, aptitudes, soft skills, and pertinent knowledge.
Department managers and the HR staff work together to onboard new hires.
Freshers from 24 and 25 Batch are welcomed. Immediate Joiners are mostly Preferred.
