What you will do:
You will be in charge of overseeing the complete hiring
process, from posting jobs and finding candidates to holding interviews and making offers. Your responsibilities will include working with hiring managers to identify their unique talent requirements, establishing a robust talent pipeline via a variety of platforms (such as job boards, professional networks, and social media), reviewing resumes, setting up interviews, and making sure each candidate has a smooth and enjoyable experience. Your strategic mindset, talent sense, and excellent communication skills will be crucial in luring and hiring the top candidates for our team.
