We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Assistant Manager Group Quality Assurance – Flight and Cabin to join our Quality Assurance team. This role is responsible for supporting the oversight of flight and cabin operations, ensuring compliance with aviation regulations, and driving continuous improvements to maintain the highest safety and service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in developing and implementing quality assurance programs for flight and cabin operations.
Conduct regular audits, inspections, and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory and
company standards.
Monitor operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
Support the investigation of incidents, irregularities, and non-conformities, ensuring corrective actions are implemented.
Prepare quality reports and provide recommendations to management.
Collaborate with flight operations, cabin crew, and other departments to strengthen safety and service quality.
Provide training and guidance to staff on quality assurance practices and compliance requirements.
Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry best practices in aviation safety and service standards.
