What you’ll Do:
Help with the entire hiring process for a variety of positions, including finding applicants via social media, job portals, and internal recommendations.
Organise induction programs to acquaint new hires with the teams,
culture, and policies of the organisation.
Help resolve conflicts or disagreements among employees while maintaining equity and compliance with corporate regulations.
Assist with the performance management process by monitoring the documentation and appraisal cycles.
Keep track of training documentation and assess its efficacy.
