Job Description:
From identifying talent needs to successful placement, the HR Recruiter is a proactive, goal-oriented professional in charge of the whole recruitment process. Finding qualified applicants, overseeing the talent pipeline, and guaranteeing a satisfying candidate experience are all major responsibilities of this position. The ideal applicant is a "people person" with a strategic mindset who can use a variety of sourcing methods, such as headhunting, job boards, and social media, to discover the best fit for a range of roles inside the company.
Key Duties:
Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with department heads to comprehend their hiring requirements, establish job requirements, and draft effective job descriptions.
Sourcing & Talent Mapping: Use LinkedIn Recruiter, job
portals (Naukri, Indeed), and specialized sector networks to proactively find and draw in applicants.
Screening & Shortlisting: To evaluate candidates' technical proficiency, cultural fit, and compensation expectations, conduct preliminary phone and video interviews.
Interview Coordination: Arrange and oversee the logistics of multi-phase interviews between hiring managers and candidates to guarantee a smooth experience for both sides.
Applicant Tracking: To monitor candidate progress and offer real-time hiring data, have an up-to-date and clean applicant tracking system (ATS).
Offer Negotiation: Oversee the closing procedure, which includes formal offer letter issuing, reference checks, and wage negotiations.
