Job Description
Experience: 3+ yrs
Salary: Based on Previous Experience
Education: Any Basic Degree and MBA
Duties:
Recruitment Coordination: Manage the initial stages of the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
First Point of Contact: Serve as the first point
of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and administrative matters, escalating complex issues to the HR Manager.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, files, and HR databases (HRIS).
HR Reporting: Generate and analyze routine HR reports on key metrics such as absenteeism, turnover, and recruitment status.
