Coordinate with architects, engineers,
and subcontractors to resolve any project-related issues and ensure smooth construction progress.
Provide technical guidance to construction teams, including contractors and laborers, to ensure construction activities are undertaken efficiently.
Conduct frequent on-site inspections to monitor and evaluate work progress, identify any deviations from approved plans, and take corrective actions as required.
Maintain accurate documentation of project activities, including daily logs, progress reports, and change orders.
