Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Injection Molding professional to join our manufacturing team. The role involves setting up, operating, and maintaining injection molding machines to produce high-quality plastic components according to specifications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring machine parameters, performing mold changes, troubleshooting process issues, and ensuring that products meet quality standards. In addition, the role requires adherence to safety protocols,
preventive maintenance of machines, and documentation of production data. Strong knowledge of molding processes, materials, and equipment is essential, along with the ability to identify defects and implement corrective actions. The candidate should be detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced production environment.
