Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated VMC Operator to operate and manage Vertical Machining Centers (VMC) for precision manufacturing. The role involves setting up machines, loading raw materials, adjusting tools, and monitoring operations to ensure the production of high-quality components. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of machine operations, ability to read technical drawings, and skills in handling measuring instruments.
Skills Required:
Basic
knowledge of VMC machine operation and tool setting.
Ability to read and understand blueprints/engineering drawings.
Familiarity with measurement tools and gauges.
Good attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Willingness to work in shifts and meet production deadlines.
Location: Chennai
Experience: 0 to 2 years
Qualification: ITI, Diploma in Mechanical/Production or related field.
Salary: Above 18k per month
