We are seeking an experienced Shift Incharge to oversee and manage production activities during assigned shifts. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising staff, ensuring production targets are met, maintaining quality standards, and enforcing safety protocols. You will coordinate with different departments to resolve operational issues, monitor workflow, and optimize productivity. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work
