Key Skills:
Technical versatility: mastery of structural analysis software (STAAD.Pro or ETAP), AutoCAD, and Revit (BIM).
Multidisciplinary Knowledge: Strong grasp of electrical distribution, plumbing hydraulics, fire safety, and HVAC systems.
Conflict Resolution: The capacity to resolve intricate spatial issues in which structural components obstruct the route of services.
Project management: Excellent integrated work scheduling skills to prevent MEP installations from impeding civil progress.
Experience: 3 to 7 yrs
