Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team. The candidate will be responsible for operating Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machines to produce precision parts according to specifications. The role involves setting up, monitoring, and maintaining CNC machines, reading and interpreting technical drawings, and ensuring that products meet quality standards. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of machining processes, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities include preparing and loading materials, selecting proper tools, performing routine machine maintenance, inspecting finished products, and reporting any issues to the production supervisor. The candidate should also ensure compliance with safety guidelines and maintain accurate production records. Prior experience with CNC machines is preferred, but motivated freshers with technical knowledge and mechanical aptitude are welcome to apply.
