Job Description :
We are looking for an experienced Injection Molding Operator to operate and maintain molding machines, ensure quality production, and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in injection moulding and knowledge of plastic processing.

Experience : 3 to 5 Years
Salary : Negotiable

Qualification : Diploma , ITI (Fitter / Tool & Die / Plastic Processing)
Job Type : Full Time , Permanent
/>Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate injection molding machines as per production plans
Conduct tool changeovers and machine adjustments as required
Monitor production quality and take corrective action when needed
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of molding machines and tools
Troubleshoot molding issues like short shots, flashing, warping, etc.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Maintain accurate production and maintenance logs
Coordinate with quality and maintenance teams for continuous improvement
Train junior operators when required
