Urgent Opening – Head of Purchase & Procurement
Job Description:
We are actively seeking a seasoned and strategic professional to take on the role of Purchase Head in our manufacturing unit. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in procurement, supply chain operations, and vendor development, who can drive cost-effective sourcing while ensuring timely and uninterrupted material availability for production. As the Purchase Head, you will be responsible for overseeing the complete procurement cycle — from identifying and selecting suppliers, negotiating contracts and pricing, evaluating supplier performance, to ensuring that procurement processes comply with quality, delivery timelines, and company standards. You will work closely with production, finance, inventory, and logistics teams to ensure purchasing activities align with business goals and budgets. A major part of your responsibility will also
include managing risks related to supply disruptions, reducing purchase costs through strategic sourcing, and implementing ERP-based procurement workflows for efficiency. Candidates must have strong leadership skills to guide a team of buyers or executives, and must be confident in handling high-value negotiations and long-term supply agreements. Experience in working with raw materials, machinery, or industrial components in a manufacturing setup is highly preferred. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and confident in decision-making, with the ability to balance quality, cost, and delivery without compromising business needs.

Qualification:
B.E / Any Degree with relevant background in Purchase
Experience:
Minimum 10+ years in Purchase and Procurement (Manufacturing preferred)
Salary:
85k to 95k per month
