Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Final Inspector to join our Quality Department. In this role, you will be responsible for performing the final inspection of finished products before dispatch to ensure they meet quality standards and customer requirements. You will work closely with the production and quality assurance teams to identify defects, document findings, and ensure only approved products are shipped.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Perform final inspection of finished goods as per quality standards and customer specifications.
Check dimensions, surface finish, and functional requirements using measuring instruments.
Identify and segregate defective or non-conforming products.
Maintain
inspection records, reports, and documentation.
Ensure compliance with company quality policies, ISO standards, and customer requirements.
Coordinate with production and QA teams for corrective and preventive actions.
Support continuous improvement initiatives in the quality process.
Skills & Qualifications:
Qualification: ITI / Diploma / B.E in Mechanical, Industrial, or related field.
Knowledge of inspection techniques and measuring tools.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with quality standards preferred.
